Refund policy

Miron is a brand of Elite Prive Trading L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. This applies to ready-to-wear, made-to-measure and altered pieces, and to sale items. We are happy to advise on sizing before you order — message us on WhatsApp +971 54 588 4458, or visit the atelier to try pieces on.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mironatelier.com with your order number and photos. We will repair or replace the item, or, if neither is possible, refund you to your original payment method.

Made-to-measure

Made-to-measure orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance due on collection. Two fittings are included. As each piece is cut to your measurements, the deposit is non-refundable once production has started.
